Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order placement. Our warehouse is operational from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or on holidays will be shipped on the subsequent Monday or the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 4-6 business days.
Please note: Certain regions may experience delivery times longer than our standard duration.
Below are the estimated minimum delivery timelines for different regions:
- Kashmir: 5-7 days
- Ladakh: 7 days
- Northeast Region (Himachal, towns of Punjab, and UP): 5-7 days

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
For COD orders, there are cash handling charges of Rs. 100, which are levied by the delivery partner. You can avoid the additional cost by opting for prepaid orders.
